1. Our services
Yagona Darcha provides form-preparation, translation, notary, and administrative assistance across services including EZ-Pass & tolls, tickets, notary, translation, document filling, income tax, insurance, and business filings. We are not your attorney or insurance agent and provide no legal or coverage advice. Prices shown on our website are service fees only; government filing fees, state taxes, toll/agency balances, and bond costs are billed separately. Free quotes are provided before any work begins.
2. Appointments
Submitting the booking form is a request for an appointment, not a confirmation. We will contact you to confirm. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours (Monday–Saturday; closed Sundays).
3. SMS / text-message program terms
Yagona Darcha offers a text-message program so we can serve you faster. By opting in you agree to the following:
Consent
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our booking form — or agreeing in writing or verbally — you consent to receive text messages from Yagona Darcha at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

You may receive messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups, billing or status updates, and information related to our services (Income Tax, EZ-Pass, Tickets, Insurance, and other offerings).

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier’s plan. These fees may apply for each message sent or received.

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our online booking form, verbally, or in writing.
Opt-out method
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message to be removed, or contact us directly at (929) 355-5551 to request removal. After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message.
